the location is perfect - a street away from the main street in oia; a couple of minutes away from the main bus station; very easy to get to for visitors like me. staff are very friendly and pleasant. My room was very good - modern, airy and bright, with a balcony (with compromised sea view). Breakfast was delivered to my room at the time I asked for. The creamy yoghurt and freshly cooked egg were the best! The only complaint I had was the hair in my towels. It is a real shame, as it made me question the overall hygiene of the room/facility.

It is not really a 4 stars hotel, which needs a face-lift. Breakfast was soso, abd the buffet dinner at hotel was soso, So we took dinner in another restaurant, a few block away from the hotel.

Stayed here 5 years ago. What a downgrade! They offer a vegetarian breakfast - no bacon or sausages anymore, only plain egg and yogurt. The first breakfast was so bad, you can't make changes or chose what you want. They gave us ONE BOILED EGG and a coffee for breakfast. They used to have excellent breakfast. This "saving" is laughable. Also, there is no elevator there and lots of stairs, just FYI. The room was clean. The staff is not on site after 4pm, so it does not feel safe. Well, it's Santorini, but still, no staff on site at night does not feel very comfortable. Would not stay here again.

This place was beautiful and so close to the Caldera. It was easily walkable to shopping and dining. The breakfast we received in our room was delicious. We had a 6:00 am flight out and they made arrangements to have us picked up at 4:15 am plus there was someone to help with luggage. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our one-night stay at Fileria Suites was fantastic. The room was beautiful. The location of it was perfect for us. Very close walking distance to the Oia bus station, we loved that. Also, the hotel was away from the very busy streets of Oia shops, which made our stay quiet. The customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for making our one-night stay very pleasant! I will definitely refer this hotel to anyone who asks me where they could stay in Oia. :)

Location was good to explore Oia. Did not care for their breakfast service. Although breakfast is served to your room, if the time you wanted breakfast brought over was already taken then you had to choose a different time. We found this to be a bit strange. The water went out the night before we checked out. Not sure what happened but it was back by morning.
