Eolia Gold Villa in Exo Gonia exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and comfortable for the 3 families of 4 to stay in. The area was very quiet and private. It’s perfect if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities of Oia and Fira. Cleaning was done daily helping us keep the house in a very clean condition. The infinity pool was heated and even though the weather was not super warm our kids enjoyed it. Markos was super hospitable and arranged for transportation to and from the airport as well as rental cars to be delivered and taking care of nearly everything we needed. This really was a perfect stay for us in Santorini.

I’ve read in past reviews that the gold villa is even better in person than in pictures and nothing could be truer! From beginning to end our stay was 5 stars, and this was made possible by Marcos. We were on Santorini for our daughter’s wedding and Marcos made it personal right from the start. We arrived at the villa and in the pool he had a heart and diamond ring floatie. Anything we needed he was there for us! The Eolia Gold Villa is truly 5 stars.

We had the best experience staying here! Marcos was extremely helpful with getting anything we needed set up! The location is perfect for avoiding the crowds from cruise ships, while still having a beautiful view and being near great restaurants and beaches. Marcos also had awesome recommendations for places to eat, ATVs to rent and activities to do! The home itself was kept ultra clean every day by the kind cleaning staff. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to others!

Beautiful modern villa with wonderful views

This villa is high on a hill and thus commands a great view of the eastern side of Santorini. It is modern, with every amenity necessary. It has a beautiful pool and patio area. The daily cleaning service was great, while the property manager was very attentive. He made the check-in and check-out easy. The villa also provided us with a meet and drop-off service to the airport or port. We have no problem in recommending this property to others.

Amazing villa and incredible views!!

We stayed at Elio Gold Villa with my family of 7, all adults and had an amazing time! This is the first time I have ever booked a vacation home where it looked better in person than the listing. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean! But we did not spend that much time inside because the outside living area is incredible. The outdoor furnishings and infinity pool were perfect. The views amazing! We had so much fun just hanging outside!! As for the location, I loved it! We had spent a few days in Athens and Oia, so this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the last part of our vacation. We did rent a vehicle for a few days so we could get groceries and go into Fira. The drive was not bad at all and took no more than 10-15 minutes. We also ordered in, and food was delivered to our place. The last night we walked down the cobble path to a restaurant called Metaxi Mas. Great family restaurant with good food and service! And last but not least I want to thank Maya for being the perfect host!! She was always a text away to schedule reservations, transfers, and answer any questions. She made the trip completely stress free!! I only wish I didn't live so far away as I would make this an annual family vacation! Hope to be back one day soon!!

The Perfect Stay

I cannot rave enough about our stay at this beautiful Villa. Maya and her team were very professional, helpful and prompt in their responses. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views. The grounds are kept up wonderfully and the Villa is very clean. It is in the perfect location, with restaurants within a 5 minute drive. When we return to Santorini, we plan to stay here again. Thank you again to Maya and her team for the perfect experience.

Incredible Property and Incredible Team!

My family and I spent 4 glorious days at Eolia Gold and all I can say is run to book this place for your next visit to Santorini! The home is absolutely beautiful and the neutral tones of the decor really set the tone for a Zen holiday. The views are incredible and our first night, we stayed up to watch the sun rise over the horizon and were absolutely awed. Maya, the house manager, took care of our every need, going above and beyond what we expected. From booking dinner reservations for our family when we went from 5 to 20 people unexpectedly, to arranging a closer pick up for us by the transportation service for the wedding we were there to attend. She coordinated a private tour of the island's must see sights with one of the best tour teams I've had the pleasure of sight-seeing with. I could go on but we definitely know we're coming back to this dreamy home away from home. Thank you for an amazing time on Thira!

Beautiful villa!

Still on my vacation high from my trip to Thira. This villa is beautiful!! The designer is 5 star. Well appointed with everything needed. The outside area is spectacular with sun rise views. It was hard to leave the villa to go explore because it’s so amazing!! The house keeping staff were present daily for different things. They kept the place immaculate. The house manager Maya is 5 star amazing. By the time we arrived I felt like I was meeting a friend. She is so kind and on top of your needs quickly. She is highly organized and knowledgeable. She arranged everything from car rentals, groceries on arrival, yacht trip, and restaurant reservations all which were perfection. The only draw back is the villa is in a less developed area so initially difficult to navigate but we figured it out in a day of driving with google maps. Highly recommend this villa!! I want to go back now!!

The property is immaculate. The Manageress of the property, Maya, is absolutely first class. Maya was on hand throughout our holiday for guidance and assistance. The property was cleaned and maintained to a very high standard throughout our holiday. Inside and out the villa was very well equipped.

LUXURY at Sunrise

Nothing has come close to waking up in Eolia Gold Villa at Sunrise. This is quintessential Santorini and the villa does not disappoint in any way. First, Maya, the property host is an “on top of it” representative for the property. There was nothing requested that she did not produce or provide response to with immediate importance. The grounds crew and the house assistants kept the property spotless and everything in working order with stealth precision. All that and a beautiful accommodation that speaks to your importance to them as guests worthy of the best. If there is a single drawback, it is that the property is in a location not convenient to shopping or restaurants. But, Maya will make certain that transportation is available to you within 15-20 minutes of a request for transfer to any location on the island. Highly recommended.
