Our stay was lovely. The staff is very attentive and they helped us with every request/need. The view is amazing and we got to enjoy it every morning while having breakfast in our balcony. This is definitely a bucket list hotel. From the unbelievable views of the caldera to the attentive staff, our experience was amazing. This was an amazing property. Staff were awesome. They upgraded our room to the superior suite when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and had an amazing view of the Caldera.
