Both Aman and Ella were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Indeed, all of the staff which I encountered or interacted with were very friendly and professional. Everything to be fair, from the wrong room when got there to the staff being rude and not helpful at all. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and found it to very nice with lovely staff members. Now you only appear to have staff that want to talk to each other rather then help consumers out. The hotel is not want it used to be and I will not be staying there again.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, bathroom has bath and a shower. Everything nice and clean. There is a little play area for kids kept our little one busy for a bit. Pool is a nice addition (steam room, souna have to be booked upfront and for extra cost). Good location if you travel by car.
