A estrutura é bem antiga, porém temos ciência de que isso é parte da temática rústica/fazenda, porém as coisas aparentam sem manutenção básica. Muitos pontos com sujeira, parece que só limpam os quartos e não limpam as áreas comuns, além disso as mantas estavam com cheiro de mofo. O caminho para chegar de carro é péssimo, não é asfaltado e isso deveria constar no anúncio. Além disso, os caminhos dentro da fazendo para a piscina ou outros, não tem grana cortada, você passa sem saber se vai pisar em bicho. O café da. Manhã é razoável, porém podia ter as plaquinhas de identificação.

Ao chegarmos no hotel, por volta das 15h, nao havia ninguém na recepção e começamos a procurar alguém que pudesse nos atender. A cozinheira nos respondeu que ja viria e começou a gritar pela funcionária para nos atender. Descemos para o quarto, que estava extremamente empoeirado e com teias de aranha por todo lado. Todos tiveram crise alergia e precisamos entrar com tratamento antialérgico. O berço do bebêestava quebrado, não haviam toalhas para todos os hóspedes. Pedimos água para fazer a mamadeira do bebê, pois, apesar de ter frigobar no quarto, estava vazio. Não havia agua no hotel, apenas refrigerante ou bebida alcoólica. Tivemos que sair para buscar na cidade que fica a quase meia hora de distância em estrada de terra. No quarto não havia ar condicionado, apenas um ventilador de chão, pequeno e pouco potente, além de super barulhento, que não dava conta do quarto todo. Como estávamos com bebê pequeno que dorme cedo, reservamos um hotel que oferecesse jantar. Porém, nas duas noites que buscamos o serviço nos disseram que tinha havido um imprevisto e nao teria jantar. Não havia delivery até o hotel fazenda. Por fim, na noite que decidimos vir embora, pois o local era insalubre, teve uma chuva de madrugada e começou a gotejar em cima da cama. Haviam pelo menos 10 focos de goteira em cima da cama. Não foi possivel dormir nessa noite. Tentamos resolver a situação com a dona, que foi super grossa e deixou claro o despreparo para receber hóspedes, não resolvendo o tema.

Colchão desconfortável, limpeza de banheiro ruim, sem uma cadeira no quarto, piscina coberta muito suja, com cheiro de xixi! O hotel já deve ter tido seus dias de glória mas, atualmente, muito mal estruturado! Uma pena!

O Hotel não é ruim, mas esperava mais pelo valor da diária e por ser um hotel fazenda. A piscina aquecida não estava funcionando e a piscina aberta faltava a limpeza. O café da manhã, foi fraco. Quanto a limpeza estava tudo limpo e o chalé luxo era confortável. Fiquei apenas 1 diária. A primeira impressão é muito importante.
