As imagens das fotos não condizem com a realidade. O acesso para pousada, que fica há 12km da cidade, tem uma ponte de madeira que quebrou, ficamos ilhadas na pousada e perdemos o passeio agendado. Solicitamos reembolso dessa diária e não tivemos resposta. O café é bem simples e servido no chalé.

A acomodação em modo geral, é boa. Mas pelo valor cobrado, esperávamos muito mais. Tivemos diversos problemas que, somados, acabam fazendo com que a experiência, não seja positiva. Inicialmente, o chalé que nos entregaram, estava com a iluminação desligada na chave, precisamos chamar o responsável, porque não podemos simplesmente colocar a mão em um disjuntor. Após isso e nos acomodarmos, ao ligar o chuveiro, o disjuntor caiu 4x. Sendo impossível um banho. Nos foi então pedido para que trocássemos de chale. Trocamos. Toda a logística de levar toda a bagagem novamente. O novo chalé estava organizado, mas com um cheiro muito forte de esgoto vindo do banheiro. Precisamos usar perfume para amenizar o cheiro. O chuveiro, é outro ponto. Estava fazendo 12°c na cidade. Muito frio. O chuveiro é elétrico. Para a agua ficar minimamente quente, a pressão é baixíssima. Pouquíssima agua. No banheiro, os suportes para que colocássemos os utensílios, estavam quebrados. Precisamos deixar as coisas dentro das necessaries. Tivemos problemas com a hidro, também. Os registros estávamos ambos quebrados. Ficavam caindo conforme ligávamos. Nosso café que foi agendado para as 10h nos foi entregue as 8h no primeiro dia. Fomos acordados pela funcionária. No segundo dia, marcamos para 8h30, mas não enviaram porque não falamos o que iríamos querer, mas não nos informaram que precisávamos especificar, até porque no primeiro dia, não precisamos. Enfim, a quantidade de caracteres impede.

Tudo de acordo com o anunciado, equipe sempre prestativa. Único ponto a melhorar é o chuveiro que precisa estar quase fechado para uma água morna e ocasiona no desligamento do disjuntor tendo que religa-lo constantemente, foi necessário inclusive a troca da resistência no chalé em que ficamos.
