El staff fue muy amigable en especial Constanza que me ayudo a recuperar mi celular el cual deje por error en el taxi. Hay bastantes fallas en general en los departamentos, por ejemplo una habitacion tiene rendijas por donde entra el aire acondicionado y la otra no, hacia mucho calor por las noches y no tenian ni un ventilador para ofrecer. Tambien solicite mas ganchos para colgar la ropa desde la primer noche y jamas nos dieron mas. Un dia nos quedamos atrapados en el elevador y cuando se abrio decidimos tomar las escaleras de emergencia solo para darnos cuenta que no podiamos abrirlas en nuestro piso sino que tuve que bajar 9 pisos hasta la recepcion para poder volver a subir a abrirles a mis papas quienes estaban sumamente estresados. Les contacte para pedir ayuda a traves del chat y nadie ni nos ayudo ni nos respondienron. Honestamente no regresaria ni lo recomendaria, se que es casi nuevo pero les falta perfeccionar muchisimos detalles. El desayuno incluido estaba horrible.

It was nice. Well maintained. However, they lost a start because Sunday no one came to exrcute room service and i had to initiate same to no avail. The Monday morning this was then available despite me requesring. Also, they have an issue with using Debit cards not fully stated on their website; hence charging more with the use of Visa depit cards.

Our stay at Spot Suites was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago. We arrived after a long flight, checking in well after midnight, and the process was an absolute breeze. A special shout out to Fernando and Ernand for their help! The hotel is incredibly modern and chic, and we loved the convenience of 24-hour digital access. The location in Las Condes is perfect—very safe and upscale, with an amazing selection of restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores all just a short walk away. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. After a week of exploring the city, it truly began to feel like our own home, which is exactly what you want from a longer stay. To be fully transparent, there were just a couple of minor things to note: the laundry machines didn't accept our international card, but the operator was so kind and graciously gave us a free wash and dry! Also, be sure to bring your own washcloths or loofahs, as only bath towels are provided. The kitchen was great, but could have used one dishcloth. These were very small points in what was otherwise a flawless experience. All in all, Spot Suites provided incredible value and comfort. We had a very positive experience and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends!

The property had just opened and everything was brand new. The room was very spacious and the staff was super helpful. However, we requested repeatedly that they clean the balcony and that they take away the trash (which they haven’t for 2 days) and they were not able to do this. The sofa bed is not very comfortable and is like a thin mattress on the floor.
