Our stay at Spot Suites was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago. We arrived after a long flight, checking in well after midnight, and the process was an absolute breeze. A special shout out to Fernando and Ernand for their help! The hotel is incredibly modern and chic, and we loved the convenience of 24-hour digital access. The location in Las Condes is perfect—very safe and upscale, with an amazing selection of restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores all just a short walk away. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. After a week of exploring the city, it truly began to feel like our own home, which is exactly what you want from a longer stay. To be fully transparent, there were just a couple of minor things to note: the laundry machines didn't accept our international card, but the operator was so kind and graciously gave us a free wash and dry! Also, be sure to bring your own washcloths or loofahs, as only bath towels are provided. The kitchen was great, but could have used one dishcloth. These were very small points in what was otherwise a flawless experience. All in all, Spot Suites provided incredible value and comfort. We had a very positive experience and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends!

The property had just opened and everything was brand new. The room was very spacious and the staff was super helpful. However, we requested repeatedly that they clean the balcony and that they take away the trash (which they haven’t for 2 days) and they were not able to do this. The sofa bed is not very comfortable and is like a thin mattress on the floor.

The place is very good, breakfastis a bit sloppy ( speciallly the eggs), Coffe advertised as Britt, was not because of the taste. People are very friendly but check in is very slow.

Nossa estadia pode ser resumida como incrível, a iniciar pela localização do hotel no melhor e mais seguro bairro de Santiago. As instalações são extremamente novas, modernas e aconchegantes. O café da manhã bem completo e diversificado. O atendimento do pessoal foi sensacional, com destaque e elogios especiais a Javiela (recepcionista) e ao Olavo (gerente). Recomendo o local e pretendo, em breve, retornar.

Moderno e bem localizado

O hotel é novo, moderno, confortável, com excelente localização. Atendimento muito bom, desde a recepção, pessoal do café da manhã… tudo perfeito. Ressalva apenas para falta de utensílios básicos de cozinha (pano de copa, esponja, detergente, detergente para a máquina lava louças, etc). Quando chegamos o local estava muito limpo, porém durante a estadia somente no primeiro dia teve serviço de quarto, os demais dias não foram limpos, ponto de atenção aqui.

Recém inaugurado estive no inicio de set/25 com meu marido e filhos pequenos e o apartamento cheirava novo. Os utensílios da cozinha ( panelas, forma, pratos, copos e talheres) aparentemente nunca tinham sido utilizados. O apartamento é muito confortável, o prédio apresenta uma ótima estrutura com piscina aquecida e coberta, jacuzzi, academia e um ótimo café da manhã. Os atendentes são prestativos, porém em algumas situações são confusos, acredito que com o tempo isso será será resolvido. Fiquei por uma semana a limpeza do quarto ocorrida dia sim, dia não e as toalhas só foram trocadas mediante solicitação. A localização é excelente, perto de parques e shopping e de fácil acesso a autopistas. Sem dúvidas recomendo a estadia.

Muito bom

É um apartamento onde metade dele é um hotel e a outra metade residencial. Na data da minha viagem o hotel tinha aberto a 15 dias. Tudo muito novo, funcionários bem receptivos e gentis. Café da manhã bom, não tem tanta variedade mas bem completo. Localização excelente, bem ao lado do Parque Arauco. Atenção pois não tem linha de metrô tão perto, apenas um ponto de ônibus. No geral tudo limpo, apenas algumas coisas com um pouco de poeira mas creio que por ser em frente a uma avenida movimentada. Outro ponto legal é que essa avenida conecta Santiago inteira então o deslocamento para qualquer canto por carro é bem rápido e a garagem deles é ótima! Ficaria novamente sem dúvidas!! Um achado ❤️
