Spacious apartment in need of renovation

This aparthotel has so much promise-- spacious apartments, very convenient location, and friendly and helpful staff. With some updating, it could be fantastic. The shower was the most problematic issue-- water was either boiling hot or freezing cold, and switched between the two very rapidly. A normal shower was impossible; I ended up buying myself a plug for the tub so that I would have some way to bathe safely. Update the water heater, replace the ugly sofa (and bedding) with new ones, add a comfy chair, an area rug and a lamp in the living room, and this would be an excellent hotel.

Pros: +location, 1 block from costanera center, behind Metro Tobalaba, downstairs is Bar Ligueria and half block to Av. Apoquindo and Providencia. + Spacious apartments with kitchenet cons: -there is a noise that goes off every hour or so - small bathrooms - very small lobby .

Excellent location

The location was perfect. Right next to the Metro, on two Metro lines and beside the Costanera Centre. Near many restaurants and touristy spots. The room was more like a large apartment. It was very clean with nice views of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to newest mall, still too much to go

The hotel is well located, near to Costanera Mall, one of the newest malls in Santiago and near the financial district, 10 m from Tobalaba Metro Station. The kitchen it's in bad condition, they definitely have some work to do here and problems with too hot or too cold water every minute during baths.

Big room but small on comfort

I choose this room because it was in Provedencia, near a metro station, and close to the park along the river where I like to run. Another perk I don't use myself is that it is 1 block from a major mall. The room was fairly basic with old styling and decoration that probably hasn't been updated since the 70's. My main grip was that the carpet was dirty and turned the bottoms of my feet black. The people working there were friendly and my package included a breakfast that was brought to my room every morning on a tray which I really appreciated. My gripe with the cleaning was that they threw away things I was saving in the kitchen which I had neatly placed on the counter and not in the garbage. For example, I like to keep my water bottle to fill again and if it was empty on the table they would throw it away. Same thing for my travel shampoo that was only 1/3 used that I left in the shower. If I don't put something in the trash, don't throw my stuff away. It is not your to decide. Would I go back, maybe. I think there are many better apart hotels in the same area with similar prices and better rooms.

Would never stay there again

We were not able to take a shower. No water pressure and no hot water. Not able to use drawers in the closet, three handles were broken. Breakfast was awful. they only provided three matches to light the gas stove so if you needed to warm up water you could do it three times. This should be listed as a one star hotel.

This stay was most disappointing - the information provided by YOU said that all rooms had air conditioning, minibar microwave etc - NONE of these was present - the room furniture was metal garden furniture - yes it had black out curtains but we were unable to make use of these as we had to leave windows open to get some fresh air - this room met none of your standards

En general todo bien, agradable, limpio, con aire acondicionado ( para verano Salvador), ubicación excelente, lo único que en un principio no teníamos basurero a demás del baño, eso incómodo, pero lo solucionaron. Recomendable 100%

Ótima experiência

Certamente o ponto mais forte deste hotel é a sua localização. Quase em frente da estação de metrô e a poucos metros do Shopping Costanera Center. Ficamos em um quarto no último andar. Quarto pequeno porém com cama confortável. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor caso houvesse variedade entre os dias de hospedagem mas, atende as necessidades. Os atendentes são bem solícitos. Certamente voltando para Santiago me hospedaria no RQ Stay Tobalaba

Super recomendo

Excelente localização, a 100 metros do Costanera e 20 metros do metrô. Ficamos em 2 casais. Há uma cama de casal em um quarto com armário e cofre, uma cama de solteiro em outro quarto e um sofá cama super confortável na sala. Os quartos são aconchegantes e bem limpos. Na cozinha há frigobar, forno microondas, torradeira, talheres e copos. Atendentes prestativos e educados. O café da manhã é levado no quarto com horário pré agendado, sendo possível antecipar o recebimento para a noite anterior caso tenha necessidade de sair para passeios antes das 7h15, horário esse inicial do café. Apesar de estar em uma rua bem movimentada, não há barulho nos quartos com as janelas fechadas. Vários restaurantes, bares e supermercados próximos, podendo ir a pé.
