Loved almost everything: location, staff, restaurants. Only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that I arranged for shuttle to and from airport for my group. Was originally told 150,000 Chilean pesos, however, when I went to check out, they told me that was just for one way and that I would be charged another 150,000 Chilean pesos for my return trip to the airport… tried to escalate at hotel, but no one got back to me…other than this transaction, beautiful hotel

Great breakfast buffet…so many fresh & wonderful options. The hotel has the largest outdoor pool in Santiago which is a plus when visiting over the hot summer! Also the hotel is near a large mall, Parque Arauco.
