Great hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago. Hotel is very clean and modern with spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop pool with views of mountains and the city. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags securely for us. Good breakfast.

Air conditioning did not work and staff had no contingency - not even a pedestal fan! They said because it is new years day they cannot get it fixed. Our room was disgustingly hot and we had our front and rear door open just to get airflow. We decided not to complain further during our stay as it was already late and we needed to keep our bags there for 6 days which we were very grateful they could facilitate. I dont think its acceptable to have no solution to the rooms being 30C+ and given the issue was present before our check in the least they could have done is advise us so we could find an alternative!!!

The hotel is not as great as it was mentioned in reviews. In fact I cancelled my reservation at Radisson blue based on reviews in expedia and made a reservation at Ladera for a much higher price. The stay was not great and breakfast option is very limited. Later I booked in Solace Hotel in Santiago and is way much better than Ladera. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Ladera Hotel.

En general buen hotel. El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Lo único que creo podrían mejorar, es ofrecer algún tipo de lavandería. Los clóset tampoco tenían colgadores. Finalmente la TV (servicio de cable) no ofrecía canales en inglés, que fue un inconveniente para mi pareja.

Ladera hotel - rate it as one of best in Santiago!

Great location Providencia residential so all facilities at hand - restaurants, super, pharmacy, money changer etc... and only a short walk to teleferico - a must! Hotel in good condition, extremely helpful staff, restaurant and room service means you don't always have to go out!

We had a great stay at Ladera hotel. All the staff were very warm and friendly and they arranged a welcome dish for my birthday which was much appreciated. The pillows were really quite firm and high for our liking but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was simple but good and the housekeeping staff were very thorough (even replacing soap bars when plenty of use still lift which we think is unnecessary). Location was great, with a short walk to the subway and some really nice restaurants. All in all we'd happily stay there again if in Santiago.

Enjoyed our stay at Ladera. Staff were extremely helpful during our 5 night stay, and communicated to us in English which was unexpected but certainly appreciated. We loved the modern feel, and our king room was quite spacious, although did miss not having a desk to work on. Due to the outside heat, it was difficult for the A/C to keep the room cool during late afternoon and early evening (despite keeping our drapes closed) as we were located on the sunny street side. Location was great, and there was a HOHO Bus stop just across the street! We also appreciated use of their bikes, and storage of luggage for a few days. Rooftop pool and bar service was nice. Overall, a great stay.

Very safe and confortable place. Very near to shopping mall. This hotel offers a nice place to stay, friendly staff and great view in the last floor where is the swimming pool.
