We stayed at this hotel 3 times as we came and went from the airport during our long South America holiday. The hotel itself was fine, but 2 stars lost because of the transfer shuttle to the airport. On 2 out of our 3 stays, we were unable to get on the shuttle we wanted to the airport because it was full and needed to get one an hour earlier.

The room was really nice, quiet, and well equipped. It was also good to have the airport shuttle available. However, the check in process was quite a pain. If you are checking in early, make sure you follow up with the staff from time to time. They may not let you know when the room is ready unless you ask.

The was clean and quiet as expected。 Staff were friendly。 We had lunch at the Hotel's restaurant and foods were good。 Two bottles of water were provided in the room, which is a big plus.

The hotel is close to the airport. Free parking. The restaurant open until 10.30pm, after that time room service can be reached #620. I didn’t find an option to place my order on-line. Breakfast was not included, we payed for it separately. The price was very reasonable, the food is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Terrible communication. i Messaged several times about the shuttle. No response to messages. No what’s app at all. In the end, I paid for an international phone call and tried to ring them but still no answer. I don’t know if it’s the Expedia app or their app but I just couldn’t get hold of them. No one at the airport knew where the shuttle would be going to so in the end we had to pay for an Uber. Then the hotel said they would talk to the manager about a refund but they didn’t bother.
