Airport shuttle was punctual and very curtious. The room was clean. The only issue we ran into was our flight arrived at 6am. We contacted the hotel ahead of time for early check-in and they did not have anything available. Not sure if the hotel in reality did not have one available, but we travel extensively and never had to encounter this problem. They continued to say check-in is at 3pm. Therefore I would not recommend them.

Excellent staff. Large clean comfortable rooms. The front desk needs an extra person to help with check in. 7 minute ride from airport.. It is not walkable. If you plan to visit any city attractions you will need to plan for a taxi and a minimum 20 minute ride..

Setting up the airport pickup was a little bit cumbersome, but once set they were easy to find and the staff on-site at the hotel were great. They stored our bags for us between our 12pm check out and our 6pm shuttle back to the airport for our departure.

They offer free shuttle service but do not respond to requested emails or answer their phones. Tried multiple times a days before arrival with no one answering the phone. Called multiple times when arrived in Santiago with no one answering the phone. Was told by what we thought was an airport official that we could travel with this driver because he was contracted by Wyndam to drive. All we had to do was pay the three dollars parking fee. It was a scam, as he took our credit card and took $650 from our account. Our shuttle back to the airport left at the same time as breakfast started so since we were a little early, we asked if we could at least get a cup of coffee and a roll and were told no by the front desk because it was 10 minutes before breakfast was officially served. The hotel knows about the airport scams as they happen multiple time a day but don't warn you in advance. The breakfast looked above average, and the room was large, but it is not worth the potential risk of having your trip, go awry to stay there.

Too much confusion over prices. The restaurant's menu is in USD, but they want Chilean pesos in payment. I don't really want to be exchanging money and having long discussions and being asked for tips after all of that. I don't blame the worker, this is a policy problem.
