The apartment wasn't very clean there were hairs on the toilet sink I rented 2 days with the plan to be chill and relaxed by myself and the lady called me saying l will have to switch to another apartment the next day because the one l rented was smaller than the one she ender up putting me in. I said that l wasn’t happy about that because l needed to work and the whole idea was to stay comfortable (plus l had unpacked) She proceeds to threat me saying that she can just cancel my reservation and renting last minute will be much more expensive etc So not a nice experience The next day when l was already packing up my stuff to move as she requested she says "oh, you can stay where you are " đŸ™„ I have more similar trips to do to santiago but wont be coming back there!

A localizaĂ§Ă£o Ă© maravilhosa, perto de vĂ¡rios restaurantes, mercados e do shopping Costanera. O apartamento Ă© bom, a cama Ă© confortĂ¡vel. Mas a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O banheiro tem mofo nas paredes e no teto, na cozinha o forno estava sujo, o pano de prato imundo, o escorredor de pratos tambĂ©m sujo. AtĂ© alguns copos nĂ£o estavam limpos. Em relaĂ§Ă£o ao estacionamento, tivemos que pagar uma taxa de 10.000 pesos por diĂ¡ria, mas aqui no hoteis.com sĂ³ estĂ¡ escrito "Estacionamento no local disponĂ­vel apenas mediante solicitaĂ§Ă£o", nĂ£o estĂ¡ escrito que tem uma taxa. A anfitriĂ£ foi bastante grossa.

Maravilhosa! LocalizaĂ§Ă£o excelente, perto de TUDO: mercado, restaurantes, cafĂ©s, farmĂ¡cias, bancos com caixa eletrĂ´nico. Pizzaria bem perto com preço excelente. Lugar bonito, elegante, bem iluminado, perto do Costanera e do novo Mutimercado ProprietĂ¡ria muito gentil, solĂ­cita, simpĂ¡tica. Cama boa, Ă¡gua quente, vista maravilhosa das cordilheiras da varanda. Bem perto da estaĂ§Ă£o de metrĂ´ Los Leones. FuncionĂ¡rios da recepĂ§Ă£o muito gentis e educados. Pretendemos nos hospedar no mesmo lugar quando voltarmos ao Chile. Dica: restaurante "La picola ItĂ¡lia" na rua Ricardo Lyon, paralela Ă£ rua da hospedagem

Minha estadia foi boa, mas tenho algumas pontuações: a piscina estava muito suja, impossĂ­vel de ser utilizada. O fogĂ£o sĂ³ uma boca funcionava bem, a outra boca nĂ£o esquentava direito (fogĂ£o de 2 bocas). Senti falta de uma assadeira, pois como vi que tinha forno, comprei um frango pra assar e nĂ£o consegui, pois nĂ£o tinha assadeira. A limpeza nĂ£o estava tĂ£o boa, embaixo da cama estava beeeem empoeirado. A localizaĂ§Ă£o Ă© perfeita.

A estadia foi confortĂ¡vel num geral, a localizaĂ§Ă£o Ă© incrĂ­vel, com certeza o ponto forte, e a vista Ă© linda. Mas a limpeza deixou a desejar, a lixeira estava imunda, embaixo do microondas cheio de farelos e a geladeira cheia de farelos e restinhos de alguma comida.

O apartamento Ă© bem localizado excelente por sinal . Mas o apartamento deixa um pouco a desejar… cheiro bem forte de cigarro , limpeza ruim , pegamos cotonete jogado chĂ£o… geladeira suja e toalhas Ă©ramos 3 deixaram somente duas. Vale a pena pela localizaĂ§Ă£o e se for passar o dia todo fora .

LocalizaĂ§Ă£o incrĂ­vel, pertinho de tudo e de duas estações do metrĂ´. Alem claro de estar a 3 quadras do Costanera Center. O apartamento Ă© muito funcional e oferece Ă³timo custo beneficio. Se vocĂª nĂ£o se importar com mofo em algumas paredes, sĂ£o alguns detalhes apenas que podem melhorar. A anfitriĂ£ super gentil.
