Air conditioning was excellent. Wonderful location in a vibrant area with many restaurants and shops. Beautiful neighborhood of tree lined streets. Staff was great. Room was modest, but with a comfortable bed. The price was very reasonable and the room came with a complimentary breakfast. Restaurant was average. Good value overall.

A repeat visit to a charming hotel

A repeat visit to our favourite hotel in Santiago. It has charm and friendliness and is in a safe part of the city within walking distance of numerous cafes and restaurants. Also the riverside sculpture park is an easy walk. The hotel has an extensive breakfast selection with an early start if required.

The staff was very rude or unfriendly. One receptionist even called me “Ooi” with offensive tone despite that I didn’t do anything wrong!!!! There was NO wifi as advertised and reason given was too many people using it and just not working. No apology given and just “too bad” !!!!

Ponto principal do hotel é a sua localização, com certeza. Próximo centro de providência, com lojas restaurantes e mercados. Próximo estação metrô los leones. Hotel razoável em tudo, acomodação, atendimento, café da manhã. Preço compatível com a região. No Brasil seria caro pelo que oferece. Tem um restaurante no hotel com precos compatíveis, na faixa de 15 mil pesos por refeição. Também razoável.

Muito bem localizado, perto do metrô e em área que transmite segurança. Td pude ir a pé para vários pontos de interesse, como o MUT e o Sky Costanera. Café da manhã básico e sem muita variedade, mas ok. Tive reações alérgicas respiratórias, nao sei se pelo carpete, pelo ar condicionado ou se pela poeira existente num rebaixamento de gesso da luz indireta.

Excelente opción. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda. La propiedad está en una zona agradable a pasos de un centro comercial. La piscina en el último piso ofrece una buena opción para relajarse. Hugo en recepción es el mejor, excelente servicio. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas. El aire acondicionado no funciona. La habitación se pone muy caliente, es mejor abrir la ventana. El desayuno no es muy bueno y todos los días sirven lo mismo. No varia. Ubicación es excelente, zona segura, restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca.

Im Gang sehr laut! Leider! Gäste aus verschiedenen Zimmern halten sich über Stunden im Gang auf und kommunizieren sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht rein. Anderer asiatischer Gast kommuniziert per Mobiltelefon auch im Gang vor meiner Zimmertüre über eine Stunde mit lauter Stimme! Erst nach eindringlicher Bitte meinerseits beruhigt es sich, um nach einer guten Stunde wieder laut zu werden. Zimmernachbarn kann man nicht azswählen - allerdings könnten Hotelangestellte von Zeit zu Zeit die Gänge inspizieren und für Ruhe und Ordnung zu sorgen. Gehe schon mehrere Jahre in dieses Hotel und hoffe dies bleibt eine Ausnahme.

Creo que nunca elegi un hotel tan mal, la atencion para ser educado voy a decir que era "poco calida", la habitacion con paredes con humedad, el gel de ducha era shampoo aguado, el lector de tarjeta para entrar a la habitacion falla todo el tiempo.. pero lo peor de todo, el WIFI era inexistente... otros detalles el desayuno era desolador!!! Claramente no lo recomiendo ni volveria.. una lastima porque tiene una excelente ubicacion.
