Beautiful room, even more beautiful staff! Everyone was extremely helpful and caring and polite and respectful. The hotel is in great condition and has a lovely old world charm. Really comfortable beds, excellent value for money. I’ll stay here next time I’m in town too

The hotel staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Particularly I would like to mention reception team. When we were leaving for the airport, our Uber didnt come as it was pre - booked and they found us driver promptly who took us to the airport.

Staff at this hotel are excellent. Simon who served us at the roof top patio was particularity friendly and gelpful and made the dinner we had there enjoyable. The front desk staff were very helpful and their English proficiency was cery much appreciated. The staff at buffet breakfask were all great as well. It is true what is said, that people make the difference and this was very true at this hotel

Staff was all incredibly helpful and friendly. Made the experience of staying at this hotel excellent. Simon in the retaurant on 5th floor roof top was exceptional. Even among the many others who were great. Buffet staff was also friendly and buffet was excellent
