It´s a great economy hotel, no frills and basic but nice, clean and updated. The location is great, close to restaurants, shopping and the metro. Could improve: allow pre-check ins for groups and more timely replies to emails, add a hand towel, add outlet on both sides of queen bed, mattress topper could use a refresh. Breakfast was fantastic with a good selection and staff were great and incredibly helpful. A great stay and fantastic value for the price.

Good price, reek of cigarettes

For the price, the room was comfortable and clean. However, even if the building is entirely smoke free, our floor and room has a bad cigarette stink. Breakfast was ok. Location is very good, near a metro station and a lot of restaurants and stores.

Underwhelming and meh

I checked in to find a card on my bed asking for a tip. Bad first impression I have to say. I am not opposed to tipping but there has to be a service done. Why would you just ask for money when you literally haven’t done anything? Leave a water bottle or something at least. The room was the size of a closet and the fan/ac unit did not work. At least the front desk wasn’t bad. The girl working was nice. Silver lining right?

Esse hotel é assustador. Os colchões são tão velhos que chegam estar afundados. A cama que ofereceram para meu filho não cabia uma criança. As toalhas são tão velhas que não servem nem para pano de chão. Infelizmente tivemos que ficar 2 noites porque não tínhamos outra opção mas jamais poderia imaginar que encontraria isso em um hotel Ibis. Nao recomendo.

Na minha opinião, o melhor custo benefício do hotel é a localização que é proximo a restaurantes, metro, mercado, farmácia. O café da manhã tem o básico, o quarto é o padrão dos demais Ibis.
