We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the old town so you can walk everywhere, and parking is close if needed. We had a really nice meal at the hotel restaurant, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance too. It’s the perfect location!

The room was spotless , the staff were helpful in finding activities in the area, they helped us with bus connections and subways. We needed to apply for our E-Visa for Brazil and were able to help us with the application. The swimming pool was a nice relax after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was great, with alot of variety. The location is in the middle of downtown where most tourist attractions are, yet close to the subways and buses to explore further out.

The hotel is sharing a building with other services, and the common area need refurbishing. The mattress is bad and bent, needs replacement. Same for pillows that are not soft, basically below the standard of 4 stars hotel. There was a kind of fan outside that was too loud during the night. The room is bad sound insulated. The customer service was very good and friendly.

O hotel é antigo, porém muito bem localizado, fácil acesso ao pontos turisticos do centro históricos. Café da manhã muito bom, nada a reclamar. Quarto com frigobar e abastecido, porém não houve reposição. Meu banheiro estava com a descarga meio defeituosa e enroscada. Tudo muito satisfatório, a única consideração é em relação ao barulho. Dentro do quarto a gente ouve as pessoas conversando do lado de fora...muito desconfortável.

Ótima localização Mas o quarto está em mau estado de manutenção, o chuveiro cai água fraca por ter um vazamento na mangueira da ducha, a descarga está vazando constantemente e também falta mais tomadas pois no quarto só tem 1 disponível e outra lá no banheiro. Fora que paguei por um quarto Estandard para ter uma experiência melhor e me colocaram num quarto de fundos, pedi para trocar e me disseram que só seria possível no dia seguinte. Como eu já tinha espalhado minhas coisas fora da mala deixei pra lá.
