They had advertised a fridge in the room. There was a small one where I put food. The problem was that when I left the hotel cut all the electricity in the room so my food spoiled. Also, at night there was no air conditioning. I woke many times uncomfortably warm. If I had known about it I wouldn’t have booked there.

The WiFi didn’t work at all in our room 204, we called because we were working and needed internet for this, and they did nothing, did not move us to a different room or did nothing to work this out, additionally in the same room the air conditioner has a very loud noise that sound just as the vibration of a cellphone message every few minutes, this made it impossible for us to sleep.

O hotel em si apresenta um aspecto antigo, mas as instalações são bem cuidados e atende as necessidades de uma família viajando a turismo, que foi o meu caso. Hotel muito bom, ótima localização tem tudo perto, locais pra comer, bares, lojas Sky Costaneira dá pra ir a pé, o bairro Providência é lindo e super seguro.
