Hit and miss. Some staff really made us feel like they did not want to help us. Friendliness and warmth is lacking at times. Requesting room service always seemed unnecessarily difficult. Poor sound insulation in rooms. Probably my worst Hilton experience.

I have stayed at a couple of places in Santiago. This is my pick. I am a Hilton Honours member so I can only speak to my experience with that in mind. My room was spankingly clean, and they replenished drinking water every day. The breakfast was really good, heaps of options including lovely fresh fruit and juices, good hot selections. Staff were for the most part really helpful and courteous. The bed and pillows were LOVELY. Room service menu was a bit limited but still some solid options. As a solo female traveller I particularly liked the extra security on the door, with an internal lock and keyhole. Overall I was very happy with my stay here and would definitely stay here again next time I am in Santiago.

I stayed for 3 nights in winter. The hotel is well located in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. The personnel was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean. My only recommendation is to add a separate bedsheet to the bed instead of only the comforter, as it was too hot under it, and difficult to sleep well by alternating cold or sweat. Overall would recommend.
