The hotel was very nice overall in a great location. The breakfast was ok too. The downsides were - the room was cold and the small electric heater was struggling to warm it up. There were some short blackouts too, so that didn't help with the heating. Finally - windows were directly to noisy public area, but that queted down around 23:00.

Así fue mi estancia, un tanto cuánto complicada.

La habitación muy pequeña, la solicite para 4 personas adultas y nos complicó el confort dentro. Las camas aceptables, el desayuno fue básico aceptable. Creo que la información con que se describe la habitación es confusa, nunca usando esta app he elegido una habitación con las características que tenía (baño compartido) viajo en familia esposa, dos hijas y yo, por esa causa de brindarles comodidad y privacidad NUNCA había reservado una habitación así! El costo vs hotel/habitación no es proporcional, sin problema hubiese estado en otro hotel de la app con mejores condiciones por lo que se pagó. Entiendo a todas las personas que nos recibieron ell@s hicieron lo posible por cambiarnos de habitación, claro con un costo adicional, pero era esperar la mitad de nuestra estancia para el cambio. Al salir, deje mi licencia de conducir, lo reporte a Facundo (un chico y recalcó todas las personas muy amables y serviciales) días después regresaríamos a Santiago y me la entregaron. De mi parte queda revisar muy bien para la próxima ocasión las condiciones de hotel/habitación por rentar y espero del hotel la confirmación de la reserva vía email así como de la app mejorar la descripción de las condiciones a contratar.

Det gør jeg aldrig igen.

Jeg valgte hotellet, fordi der stod, at de havde vaskeri og jeg havde planlagt at vaske her midtvejs i min rejse. Men det kunne man ikke. Det skulle de tage sig af for 8000 pesos( og ikke 5000, som hun sagde. Jeg afleverede en pose tøj om morgenen og fik at vide, at det ville være færdigt om aftenen. Om aftenen var det ikke færdigt. Det ville være færdigt næste morgen, sagde de. Næste morgen fik jeg det tilbage vådt. Det kan man jo ikke kalde at vaske tøj for folk. Receptionisten sagde, at hun ville smide det i tørretumbleren, så ville det være færdigt i løbet sf en halv time. Om aftenen, da jeg kom hjem fra tur var det endnu ikke tørt og jeg måtte vente en time til. Hygiejnen var på et lavt niveau. Tallerknerne blev sat ind våde og der var ikke noget at tage pålægget med. Der var ikke noget håndsæbe på det fælles badeværelse/ toilet. Det skulle man selv investere i. Der var ingen underholdning på værelset i form af tv. Der var hverken en affaldsspand eller en krog at hænge sin jakke på, men sengen var ok. Beliggenheden bar god , men der var andre små hoteller i samme smøge.

Para resumir intentaron estafarnos y lo lograron, pero además nos trataron muy mal, a continuación cuento nuestra experiencia. Llegamos e intentaron cobrarnos muuuuy caro por el estacionamiento privado, el estacionamiento en realidad es un pasillo muy ancho al aire libre donde pega todo el sol y cualquiera puede entrar por el que se llega al edificio. La recepcionista nos trató mal y nos dijo que si no nos gusta que cancelemos la reserva, tras mucho tiempo de hablar con un asistente de expedia para cancelar la reserva, expedia envió un mail de cancelación a la recepcionista para cancelar nuestra estadía. Y la recepcionista lo rechazó y luego nos trató muy mal y negó todo lo anterior. Nos trató tan, pero tan mal que llegamos al punto de que preferir irnos y que se queden con nuestro dinero
