No Wi-Fi, you need to pay €20 for a week, €5 for a day. Hairdryer on request, one day in advance! Location is good, lots things around. Shower head was horrible, water was squirting in every direction, some of the rays were very strong, the others were barely working. Soap was broken prior opening.

The reception was lovely and welcoming, appt was fair for age just ceiling in bathroom had a leak upstairs and paint was falling in (no7). Disappointed that a bar and cafe was advertised and a drinks vending machine was in the front of it. Cleaners in and did a fab job. I would stay here again .

Fantastic stay

Despite a lack of sunbed pads due to Covid restrictions, we had an excellent 2nd visit to this accommodation. The complex is well maintained and very clean. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean with ample facilities for a relaxing self-catering holiday. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Close to a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants, this is an ideal base in Los Gigantes for long or short-term stays. We have already booked another stay later this year.

This apartment was basic but clean and comfortable, the staff including service staff were very friendly and helpful. The sheets on the bed were too small and kept coming off during the night but that is only a small niggle. The pool is lovely, easy to walk to restaurants and stores. I would recommend. I do not know if there was parking available.

smiles hide truth

dangerous electrics - we were getting shocks from the cooker and were told this was 'normal' but next day when we were leaving, a new cooker was being installed ! wifi was intermittent and rarely available - no apology or refund. We were lied to about everyone else being quite happy as other guests told us to not pay for it as it didn't work! we were treated disrespectfully when trying to explain the difficulties we were experiencing not a fully equipped kitchen - no microwave, washing-up liquid or coffee maker, minimal crockery and seal on fridge inefficient cockroach in room - insects all over work surfaces we requested the room be left (cleaners used too much spray and threw away some food) but this was ignored we were moved to another apartment after first night - no help offered or explanation no parasol on table outside, shower got cold, cold water in pool when we tried to report problems - no-one there - no 24 hour reception as claimed - notices supposed to say where receptionist can be found are untrue we were lied to about above - claimed they were in attendance and we were at fault for not reporting problems sooner! no apology or any compensation offered for any of these services being dangerous, stressful, inefficient or absent. Rooms were nice and spacious though - I like to finish on a plus!

Es un complejo bastante antivuo y necesita reforma

La cocina mal equipada, habitación con hormigas hasta dentro de las camas, wifi de pago y que no servía para navegar , televisión de pago también y no se veían sino unos cuantos canales. La piscina muy pequeña para tanto huesped y a las diez de la mañana o antes ya no encontrabas una hamaca libre. Limpieza escasa por falta de personal. No lo recomiendo. El personal amable.
