Vi har vÊrt her flere ganger. Hvis man har ordentlig flaks, sÄ fÄr man en leilighet med sol pÄ balkongen. De aller fleste har aldri en solstrÄl noe sted. Man kan ikke bestille pÄ solsiden. Betjeningen snakker svÊrt dÄrlig engelsk (bortsett fra en eldre, hyggelig mann). Wifi er elendig. Leilighetene har svÊrt lite kjÞkkenutstyr, sÄ det er ikke lett Ä lage annet enn frokost. Rent bassengomrÄde med en bar. Ikke forvent de beste cocktailene, forvent heller ikke samtale pÄ engelsk med bartenderen. Men du fÄr kjÞpt iskrem. Beliggenheten er flott, med dagligvarebutikk og flere restauranter like ved. Vi har testet bÄde tysk, italiensk og indisk . Alle er gode. Den kinesiske er ok. Ligg unna den ene italienske som heter Night and day. Gratis parkering i gaten, det er alltid en plass Ä finne.

Love the location! And excellent easy checkin process and we were given an apartment in the block we had previously requested. Many of the sun loungers in the pool area have cracks running down them so could do with being replaced! Would be good to b3 able to get padded covers for the sun lingers too!

Le site est mensonger : nous avions réservé hotel avec PARKING. Or aucun parking et impossibilité de trouver un stationnement. Perdu plus de 2 heures à notre arrivée sur place autant dire 1/2 journée de foutue sur les vacances. La voiture de location est restée sur place pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour de peur de bouger. Déçue du service OUI SNCF qui est responsable de l'info sur le site : soit de ne l'avoir pas vérifiée, soit qui a relayé une fausse info.

Inte vÀrt pengarna!

Aldrig upplevt sÄdan kyla som vid denna vistelse pÄ den normalt soldrÀnkta och varma ö! Vi blev BESTULNA den första dagen!!! NÄgon ansÄg sig ha bÀttre behov av vÄr medicin! Köksluckorna ramlade av, balkongen lÄg mot norr, oerhört lyhört, soffan var absolut stenhÄrt sÄ det gÀllde att sÀtta sig försiktigt, besticken var knappt sÄ det rÀckte Ät oss tvÄ, strumporna blev smutsiga efter en timme (vÀldigt smutsiga golv), ingen wifi pÄ rummet och sÀngarna var hÄrda. Finns sÀkert mera man kan klaga pÄ men detta var faktiskt en av de vÀrre upplevelser vi haft pÄ Teneriffa. Som plus kan nÀmnas att personalen var vÀldigt service-minded och trevlig samt att den fanns hiss. Kan absolut inte rekommendera detta hotell, lÀgg pÄ en slant och bo nÄgon annanstans!

Good stay

It was great staying in arena suite. Staff are helpful especially Janette. She gaves us some great tips as to where to visit and eat. The room is clean and well equipped. The only few things which need improvement would be the curtains in the living room as it nearly transparent. Also, the local council is fixing the road atm from 8 am onwards which is a little annoying. However I presume this might be over within a week or so. Overall it is a good stay.

Great hotel in a lovely place, everything you need is within a 10 minute walk, with a supermarket , Indian, Chinese, Italian restaurants within 2 mins. All staff are friendly and can't wait to go back

NO HAY APARCAMIENTO NI WIFI GRATIS

En la descripciĂłn del hotel se afirma la existencia de aparcamiento y Wifi gratis. El Wifi es pago, 5€ al dĂ­a si mal no recuerdo, y hay aparcamiento pero estĂĄ sin luz y en malas condiciones, por lo que no te dejan aparcar. En cuanto a las instalaciones, los apartamentos son bastante amplios pero no estĂĄn todos equipados igual. En el que yo me alojĂ© carecĂ­a de cafetera y congelador, mientras que el apartamento de al lado si tenĂ­a estos electrodomĂ©sticos.
