Excellent location

Stayed 4 days. Excellent location as it is within 5 - 10 min walking distance to Bravo supermarket, blue terra mall, Restaurants on Juan Pablo Duarte Ave, and various routes out of Santiago. Very quiet Split system A/c in each room. 2 chair size Terrace. Would stay again!

Very satisfied customer here! Great quiet apartment with elevator.

I am very glad to have stayed in this property. The place is amazing, very clean, large open space, amenities were on point. The customer service superb and the best thing is how safe you feel with private entrance and security. Will look to stay here again close to Casino, malecón and many other good places to go.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is beautiful with a view of the city. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. The airport is only 20 minutes away which is a plus. We also had parking for our rental in a gated parking lot within the building. I was disappointed the pool was closed during my stay. I am not sure if the property owner was aware because she did not mention it to me. Also during my stay, the hot water lasted a short amount of time in the showers, the water would turn cold on us pretty quick. Otherwise, I enjoyed the apartment during my short stay.
