This hotel feels absolutely brand new—fresh, modern, and beautifully designed. I think it may be my favorite hotel in the city now. You truly can’t beat the convenience of being connected to the new luxury mall, with a nice selection of quality stores and plenty of fast-food dining options nearby. My room was spacious and extremely comfortable, and the staff was fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and it will definitely be my new go-to hotel every time I return.

Valet service was a great touch. There’s a mall connected to the hotel which is great for walking and exploring. Many local supermarkets in walking distance for local snacks and meals. Hotel offers a wide spread menu as well if you don’t wanna explore the city of Santiago

Very nice overall, but getting there was brutal because of the traffic. From the time Google Maps said I was there til I actually was able to hand my car over to valet parking was about twenty minutes.
