This apartment exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautifully designed and well maintained everything was. One of my favorite features was the artwork throughout the apartment. Every piece was thoughtfully chosen and gave the space so much personality, warmth, and elegance. It made the apartment feel unique and unforgettable. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent, access to the property was seamless, and the attention and hospitality were truly first class. The only minor issue was a brief power outage the following morning before I checked out. Power outages are fairly common in the Dominican Republic, so it wasn’t a big concern. I also believe the building has a backup generator, so it may have simply been a temporary system issue. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Santiago. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well managed place to stay. Five stars all the way!
