Dont wasted your time and money.

Dont wasted you money. I rent this property and never gime me any check in information. I try to communicate thru the app and never received any reply. I end up renting a hotel because I dont have the correct address or any contact phone. The bad part is I reach the app for help and they said I have to reach out the property host. How? I still dont have any answers just my money can be returned because I never check in ???????
