Upon arrival I was not greeted with bell boy. I had to take myself and luggage to the reception desk. Despite being a guest at hotel no preferential treatment for property restaurants Staff at bar two days in a row didn’t tend to us as we arrived and had us wait to have a group conversation as we sat waiting. Shower in room was leaking water from the bottom into the bathroom.
