I loved my stay at this hotel. It has a breathtaking taking view to the city. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is super clean and my room was cleaned on a daily basis. I’ll definitely be back at this hotel.

Hotel is located in La Zursa, close to tons of dinning options like El Tablon, El Pez Dorado and there is a new plaza called Circus something, is basically a plaza of about a dozen restaurants that has eating options for everyone , el monumento. it has a free shuttle to the airport. breakfast buffet was really good. I will 100% book another stay there

It’s quiet, relaxing while still having the options of dining indoors and outdoors walking distance. I also had the opportunity to walk to the Monument and enjoy the scenery. In addition, to go shopping to the new Agora Mall, where you can find most of the stores in US. (Zara, Express, H’M, and many more).

What a fantastic way to kick off our 10 day trip to the Dominican Republic! The AC Hotel in Santiago truly sets the tone for a memorable stay. From our room, we had stunning views of the iconic Monumento a los Héroes de la Restauración a sight that immediately made us feel like we had arrived in the heart of the DR. The rooftop restaurant and pool only added to that feeling, offering panoramic views, stylish design, and a vibrant yet relaxed vibe. The amenities were excellent modern, clean, and easily accessible. The gym is a standout: well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, and with more of those incredible views. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location couldn’t be better. We were within easy walking distance to great local restaurants, bars, and of course, just a short stroll to the Monumento where we enjoyed a cold Presidente and soaked in the culture. This hotel blends comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury with a strong sense of place. Highly recommended for anyone starting their journey in Santiago!
