It is comfortable and cozy Villa has 4 rooms 🛏️ distributed in two spacious levels fully equipped to meet all the needs of the traveler. It is a comfortable and safe property for up to 14 people. The Villa has a comfortable living room 🛋️, dining room for groups 🍽️, fully equipped kitchens 👨‍🍳, 4.5 bathrooms 🚿, Terraza area with excellent view to the mountains of Jarabacoa 🏔️.

The Villa is within the sector of Mata de Platano of Jarabacoa 🗺️, a very quiet place, near the town 🏘️, supermarkets 🛒 and main places of Leisure 🎉.

The property has a two fully stocked kitchen with: pantry 🧂, American Fridge 🧊, Stove 🔥, Microwave 🔌, Toaster 🍞, Tableware for groups 🍽️, all the necessary kitchen utensils and much more 🍳.

The dining room has a table, chairs and credenza to accommodate 14 guests for their meals of the day very comfortably 🍽️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.

The cabin is comfortable, clean 🧼 with a rustic feeling 🪵 but all necessary comforts 🛏️.

Excellent setting for athletes 🏃‍♂️🚵‍♀️ who like intense training for MTB 🚵, hiking 🥾, trail running 🏞️, all outdoor sports 🏕️ and also for people that want to relax and enjoy nature with his loved ones and family 💚.

Important House Rules 🌟


1. Check-in/Check-out ⏰:

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later.

• Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon).



2. Maximum Occupancy 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦: 14

The apartment accommodates up to 10 guests. No visitors allowed.



🔴 IMPORTANT:


• The apartment is ideal for:



1.) Families of 2 parents and 2 children.



2.) Couples on a romantic getaway.



3.) A guest with a family member or caretaker.









3. Pre Check-In Portal & Identification 🔑🆔:

This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.

All guests (each person staying in the apartment) must submit valid IDs and the required information through the Guest Pre Check-In Portal. This is necessary to receive your access codes and check-in instructions, ensuring a smooth check-in process upon arrival.



4. Quiet Hours 🤫:

To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



5. Smoking 🚭:

No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building.



6. Pets 🐾:

No pets allowed.



7. Parties and Events 🎉:

No parties or events allowed. Please respect the property and neighbors.



8. Damages and Breakages ⚠️:

Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. Please report issues promptly so they can be addressed.



9. Social Areas 🏙️:



Please respect all building rules and shared common areas.



10. Laundry and Garbage 🧺🚮:

Use laundry facilities responsibly and dispose of trash in designated bins. Recycle when possible.



11. Air Conditioning ❄️:

Turn off air conditioning when not in use to conserve energy.



12. Security 🔒:

Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. Use the provided keys and ensure the building’s entry doors are properly closed.



13. Parking 🚗:

If you have a vehicle, park in designated areas. Check with building management for parking availability.



14. Respect the Neighborhood 🏘️:

Be mindful of the surrounding community. Avoid loud noises in hallways or common areas to respect neighbors.



Note on Bedding and Linens 🛏️



If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances such as blood, makeup, or similar products and cannot be properly cleaned, an additional charge will be applied for replacement.
