We chose this for Pet Friendly. Right up there with Days Inn. Filthy, cockroach in my room, sure there were more I could not see. Slept with one eye open. If we had not just spent 16 hours driving I would have left. $100 room deposit. They should have paid me!

The room floor was very dirty the flooring was lamantin and easy to clean I feel that it had not been cleaned in a long time other than this taking into account price and age of the hotel room was good bottoms of my socks were very dirty from walking on this floor I understand how hotels go I worked maintenance in comfort suites in Jacksonville NC for three years

As we were going upstairs to our room, there was trash bags and bags of trash in the hallways. There were wires poking out of the wall. The stairwell was unstable. We had handicap persons in our party. Once we entered our room, there were spiders alive and dead. We opened our refrigerator to live roaches And roaches. We went across the street to the Hampton Inn and was able to secure a room. When we returned back to the quality Inn to request a full refund, they refused a full refund and only refunded one night. You all should not be promoting a stay at this hotel. Based on the reviews, this isn’t something that just occurred during our stay.

No one at front desk. Had to use phone on desk to summon someone! Did not have “ bar or restaurant “ as advertised. Required to pay addition “ property fee” fee of $5. Paid with $10 bill and could not get $5 change back until following morning as they had no change. It was paid in morning. The breakfast was very, very limited! Extra $5 was explained as going to the staff for cleaning room. I was told to ask Expedia for refund? I will not return or recommend this location! Thanks,

Pros: close to I-95, reasonably priced and the beds were very comfortable. Cons: the property is falling apart. Peeling paint in the room, curtains were falling down, rust on the doors, hair in the shower. You get what you pay for. It was fine for 1 night while passing through town, but in serious need of a remodel.

Floors and showering in the room was dirty. Toilet paper and rag holder rack was falling out of the wall. When booked website said pool was open when tried to use staff said it was close. (They changed website) Breakfast was empty everyday, all they had was waffles basically

This had to be the nastiest motel I ever stayed in. There were dead and live roaches in the room. We waited 20 minutes for a front desk person to appear so we can check in. They charged me a refundable fee but didn't charge my sister anything extra for her room. There was a stain on the mattress. Just gross.

Dissatisfaction

I went to the property and decided I did not want to stay there because it loo k ed dirty and unsafe. The clerk told me that would have to vonracr the 3rd party I booked through to cancel. I contacted hitels.com and was told to contact the property. Meanwhile I was charged $99.07 even though I did not stay there. I have little hope if getting my money back. I chalk it up to a lesson learned.
