The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the noise within the hallway was very loud. However, the staff were always considerate. You can quickly walk to places of interest, so location is great.

Sweet lady at the front desk, who spoke no English, but we managed. I think I was overcharged though. No blankets on the bed, only one towel, pretty Spartan. Excellent breakfast. Not impressed with the area of Santarém.
