One level down, you will discover two additional bedrooms with single beds and a double bed, both equipped with large ceiling fans and access to a small terrace. The home includes Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with German programs, washing machine, private grill, baby bed, and highchair.



Step outside to enjoy your private covered and uncovered terraces with an eating area and chill out couch, plus a private balcony. From the living room terrace, you can admire views over the pine forest that connects directly to Cala Llombards. The small terrace on the lower level is accessible both from the bedrooms and externally through the entrance area.



Parking is available both at the property and on the street. Events are not permitted. The house sits just 20 m from the stairs leading to Cala Llombards beach, reachable in 2 minutes. The area remains free from mass tourism, with a Spar supermarket and bar nearby. For fresh bread, visit Es Llombards, and for larger shopping trips, head to Santanyi.



Cleaning service and car rental are available for an extra fee. The hosts live on-site but not in your property, providing personal check-in service and offering free grocery shopping assistance for arrivals after 8 pm.
