Finca Los Almendros near Santanyi with a private pool, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning

Our stylish finca with a pool, pool house featuring an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and lounge area, as well as a garden and lawn for sports, is ideal for families and groups.
Five bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, offer plenty of privacy. Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms and throughout the entire house.
Our pool measures approximately 5 x 10 meters and is between 1 meter and 1.75 meters deep. We do not have a safety fence around the pool.
Our finca is quietly situated on a 21,000-square-meter property between Santanyi and Cas Concos. Both the charming town of Santanyi—with its many cafés, restaurants, shops, and galleries, and especially the weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays—and the small, idyllic village of Cas Concos are just a 5-minute drive away.
Within a 10- to 15-minute drive, you can reach numerous beautiful beaches such as Cala S’Almunia, Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyi, and Es Trenc.
You can also use free Wi-Fi.

We had an excellent stay. Communication was great throughout and check-in and check-out were both really smooth. The location is wonderfully peaceful and relaxing, and the outdoor space is fantastic with plenty of room to enjoy. We stayed as two families and the property worked perfectly for us. A great place to relax, we’d happily recommend it.

We had a fantastic experience! The house was perfect for 8 of us (four adults and four kids) with tons of indoor and outdoor space and great amenities. The location was fabulous, close to Santanyí and beautiful beaches like Cala Llombards and Mondrago. Sabine had excellent communication and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay for a large family getaway!We had an absolutely amazing 3-night stay with our friends/family of 8 adults, 2 toddlers, and a baby. Finding a property that comfortably accommodates a group our size can be a challenge, but this place was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. en-suites in each bedroom!The pool and facilities were fantastic, and there was so much space to keep the kids entertained and happy the entire time. It’s also in a great location, which made everything so easy for us. We had a truly wonderful time. thank you very much! Highly recommended for families.
