In the spacious garden you’ll find a private chlorine pool measuring 11 x 5.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and equipped with an outdoor shower. There is also an external bathroom for added convenience. Under the furnished porch, you can relax, share al fresco meals, or simply enjoy good conversation with your companions. A portable barbecue is also available for preparing delicious outdoor meals.
The interior is spread across two floors. On the ground floor you’ll find a generous living area with Smart TV, a ceramic hob kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, one bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. There is also an older gas kitchen on this floor. Upstairs, a second cozy living room with sofa and rocking chair offers a perfect spot to unwind or read in peace. This floor includes three additional bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.
The property is located in southeastern Mallorca, just 7 minutes by car from the center of Santanyí, which offers all essential services, including supermarkets, local shops, restaurants, and a traditional market held twice weekly with fresh produce, crafts, and local atmosphere.
