Urlaub mit Freunden

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich, wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist sehr strandnah und die Aussicht traumhaft. Es gibt 2,3 Kleinigkeiten, die behoben werden müssten, doch sonst war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Danke Silke, für das unkomplizierte Check-in und -out. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nettes Haus mit kleinem Swimmingpool

Wir haben zu Dritt in dem Haus gewohnt. Die Lage ist in einem Ferienwohngebiet zwischen anderen Häusern. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ok, bietet aber keinen sagenhaften Meerblick. Auf dem Dach gibt es ein kleines Weinfass mit vier Stühlen von wo aus man das Meer besser sehen kann. Allerdings fehlt hier jegliche Verschattung und Gemütlichkeit was schade ist. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und man sieht das hier der Hausherr selbst als Hobbyhandwerker aktiv ist. Schade war das es lediglich drei Badehandtücher gab, die Seife im Bad fast leer war und das Toilettenpapier auf ein Minimum begrenzt war. Das Haus kann man für einen Urlaub aber in jedem Fall empfehlen wenn man über diese Kleinigkeiten wegsieht. Der Fußweg zum Strand ist 5 Minuten und dieser ist wirklich schön.

Von Anfang bis Ende alles super!

Zunächst mal herzlichen Dank an Frau Klee und Familie! Vom Check-In inkl. einiger wertvoller Tipps zu Stränden und Restaurants, einer super Hilfbereitschaft während des Aufenthalts bis zum Check-Out war alles perfekt organisiert. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hier und da renovierungsbedürftig, es ist aber dennoch sehr gepflegt und uns hat das nicht gestört. - Ein atemberaubender Blick in die wirklich wunderschöne Bucht von Cala Llombards, welche in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist - ein toller Pool - eine herrliche Dachterasse - eine schöne schattige Terasse - eine voll ausgestattete Küche - und eine Taverne in Laufreichweite. Was will man mehr. Hier lässt es sich wirklich aushalten. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Wir sehen uns bestimmt eines Tages wieder, Frau Klee! Danke!

Consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa in sei adulti e un bambino di un anno e mezzo. La casa offre tutto l’indispensabile per una piacevole vacanza, gode di una splendida vista, è a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare ed è comoda ai servizi. La piscina viene regolarmente pulita. Abbiamo avuto un problema per cui Silke ed i proprietari si sono subito adoperati per risolverlo. Ci è stato inoltre consentito di anticipare il check-in il giorno dell’arrivo.

Location superbe avec vue magnifique sur mer

La maison comporte tout le confort et équipement nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances. La vue est superbe depuis une terrasse couverte qui est parfaite pour 6 personnes. La piscine est petite mais convient tout à fait pour se rafraichir et se détendre après une journée d'excursion, elle est entretenue régulièrement et il y a assez de transat pour tout le monde, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans de nombreuse location. Manque peut-être un parasol. Silke et le propriétaire sont très à l'écoute et très réactifs. Nous avions une panne de climatisation, elle a été changée le jour même.

Perfect villa

Couldn’t beat this place, perfect location, perfect house, perfect beach. We had a wonderful holiday and have recommended it to friends. Silke was really helpful and easy to contact and kindly let us check in early as our children had been up since 3am!

Nur der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Bei 2 Wochen Aufenhalt sollte mindestens 1 Zwischenreinigung des Objekts mit Wäschewechsel inbegriffen sein? Toiletten ab Strand völlig ungenügend. Für die Liegen bezahlen die Gäste dann sollten auch saubere Toiletten vorhanden sein. Wichtig für Gäste mit Mietobjekten dann kommen diese Gäste bestimmt wieder.

A comfortable house with an amazing view of the cove from the covered terrace and fantastic roof top terrace . Pool is quite small but great for cooling down and the beach is just 3 mins down the hill.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Lage ist wunderbar, man konnte genau über die Bucht von Cala Llombards sehen. Um zum Strand zu gelangen benötigt man nur 3 Minuten Fußweg Die Räume sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein Bad, die Terrasse ist den ganzen Tag im Schatten, so dass man sie auch immer benutzen kann. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und man kann sich wunderbar darin erfrischen. Da es keine Nachbarn gibt ist es eine sehr private Atmosphäre. Ich kann dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Meine ganze Familie war begeistert. Und das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage. Zum kleinen Supermarkt läuft man auch nur 3 Minuten.
