The house is located in the only village of Capo Testa, surrounded by splendid beaches and coves of all kinds, all reachable in a few minutes on foot, the nearest one is 70 meters away and is one of the main beaches in the area, famous for its emerald-colored waters always calm, the services and the countless historical finds from the Romanesque era, it is also called Spiaggia delle Colonne Romane and boasts the Blue Flag: recognition given by the FEE to European coastal resorts that meet quality criteria relating to parameters of bathing water and to the service offered, taking into consideration for example the cleaning of the beaches and the tourist landing places.
Countless bars / restaurants along the coast and behind the accommodation there is also a very useful well-stocked mini market!
Just 3km the center of Santa Teresa Di Gallura, reachable on foot, by car or by bus that stops a few meters from the house!
The accommodation on two levels consists of a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen complete with oven and washing machine, HD 53 "LED TV and dining table. Upstairs, accessible by a comfortable staircase, a large and welcoming double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with shower and shower. From the bedroom you can admire a pleasant glimpse of the sea.
In the private courtyard, in addition to the parking lot, there is a large table with chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.
