Casa Estella Villa Blu Mediterraneo

Villa of 160 square meters, 300 meters from two beaches. Access to it is available by pedestrian and car trails. Situated next to a natural park. Although surrounded by the "Mediterranean forest", the villa is close to a big town. Just at the entrance of the village you can find a campsite with bar, pizzeria and market for small needs. The villa is situated 5km from supermarkets and 6km from the town of Santa Teresa di Gallura. Satellite wifi installed recently!

Vorremmo cominciare ringraziando tutte le persone che hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno sereno in luoghi meravigliosi: Michele, Marco e tutta la loro famiglia, proprietari di questa bellissima casa.E poi Slavik, con il quale abbiamo svolto le operazioni di check in e check out che ci ha dato tante indicazioni e consigli utili.Sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili sia prima che durante la nostra permanenza.La casa è inserita in un villaggio molto bello e tranquillo immerso nella natura con una vista bellissima tra la macchia mediterranea ed il mare (il tramonto dal terrazzo è meraviglioso!!!).Parcheggio comodo davanti all'ingresso.La casa è su due piani e molto spaziosa.La cucina è ben attrezzata e completa di lavastoviglie.Al piano superiore 2 camere: una matrimoniale e una con 3 letti singoli; al piano inferiore c'è anche un divano letto.Completano la casa due bagni con doccia (finestrati) e locali accessori.Nella zona notte c'è l'aria condizionata ma non l'abbiamo dovuta utilizzare.All'esterno due tavoli con sedie ed una doccia.Luogo ideale per chi ama la tranquillità.La posizione è ottima: a piedi si può andare a Rena Majore o Lu Pultiddolu mentre con l'auto sono facilmente raggiungibili le spiagge di Capo Testa e Santa Teresa verso nord o quelle di Aglientu e Costa Paradiso a sud.A 5 minuti di auto un supermercato ed una fornitissima panetteria.Santa Teresa con i suoi locali, spettacoli e mercatini serali è a 10 minuti d'auto.

Schönes Haus, schöne Lage

Unserem Aufenthalt hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist wunderbar und sehr ruhig. Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig zu erreichen und das Haus ist toll.Gerne wieder!
