Ideal for groups of families or friends.Apolo are two independent houses but they share an outdoor area, entrance from the street, although each one has a separate main entrance. The pool is located on the ground floor and is unique to both houses. It is an ideal house for families or friends who want to spend a wonderful holiday together but independently. Each house has 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower. Open kitchen with induction. Washing machine.This wonderful house also has 2 parking spaces inside the establishment. From the dining room you have access to a balcony where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains that surround the urbanization. In the pool area, which is shared by both houses, you can enjoy a break as it has hammocks.Both houses have air conditioning and heat pump, as well as free Wi-Fi.The environment where this accommodation is located is a quiet urbanization but at the same time it is very close to shops and a large supermarket. One day a week you will also find a street market.

Dear customer, Paradise Rent Barcelonawishes to facilitate your arrival at our office located in Paseo Europa 10-12 bajos de Pineda de Mar (08397).

Check-in hours: from 16:00h to 20:00h.
Check-out times: at 10:00h.
In the case of making the entrance out of the office hours provided for the delivery of the keys of your holiday home, we offer the following options:

1. Direct entrance to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation (at the same hour). This option has an additional cost.

2. Late check-in: the extra cost depends on the arrival time.

3. AUTO CHECK-IN: Late check-in and key delivery of keys in the letterbox with code. The full amount of the reservation has to be paid in advance.





Included services:
- Service of sheets and towels included in the price.

- Electricity, water and gas consumption included with responsible consumption.

Extra services:
- Pets: € 6 per day (after acceptance request)

- Tourist tax (mandatory before entering): € 1 per person per day with a maximum of 7 days.

- 100kW free. Extra consumption, from 100kW, 0.25 € / kW.

House's rules:
- Groups of young people under 27 are not allowed.

- Do not be too noisy to respect other neighbors. Especially from 10pm until 8am, since it is totally forbidden to speak loudly, make noise...

- It is forbidden for someone who is not in the reservation to sleep or use the apartment

- Parties are totally prohibited.

- Pets are allowed but they must be well educated and can not be left alone at home under any circumstances. They have to be quiet and not noisy.

- If you lose the keys: € 50

- Before leaving, leave the dishes washed and keep the house tidy.

- No candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the house should be left.

- The towels that are provided are for the shower, they are not beach towels or to clean shoes ..., so please do not use them for that purpose. Each damaged towel will be charged € 5 / small and € 10 / large.

For stays of more than 3 weeks check prices (special offers).

Please note that we charge the expenses to part (water, electricity, gas ...). Each month we will provide you with the invoices of the consumptions and you will have to pay it.

The amount of the deposit will depend on the duration of the rental.
