I booked a room with a view and the window literally faced an outside wall 3 feet away. The room next door had a dog that barked a lot. I killed a flea on the bed. Staff not overly friendly at check in. Room was clean. I would not book a room here again due to pets. Maybe put non pet people away from rooms with pets?

Overall it was a great place to stay we have 2 dogs & they are very welcoming to all the dogs lovers. Nice outdoor hot tub & a gym was able to get a little workout in after a long day of riding in the care.

Front desk was pretty harsh. Been on the road for 7 days straight across country . This is the first and probably the only stop where there was no food or drink allowed inside pool area and even outside area. Give me a break! I picked this hotel for the outdoor space to chill and have a drink. Nothing on internet said this. Clean nice but REALLY !!

We had a very nice stay with comfortable beds and well kept clean rooms. Only issue was a very crowded parking lot. We have stayed here about three times and would come back again. This is the nicest hotel in Santa Rosa.

Staff had no personality with little information provided at check in. If you stay here do not stay on ground floor due to noise constantly from rooms above. Materials used in construction are so cheap you hear every footstep from room above. On the plus side, breakfast was good and room was clean.
