Staff and room were fine. Your fees were not made clear. Guest fees were higher then what was told me and there was no mention of destination fees or daily parking fees prior to . Cost me several hundred dollars in non disclosed fees. Not very cool. If known I would have gone elsewhere.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff professional and friendly. The valet was always ready to open the door. Pool and spa were nice and pool was warm enough to swim in November. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. And the location was walking distance to town and also close to the creek walking area. Would stay here again.

The hotel is fine but the rooms need to be updated. Mine had some wine stains on the carpet and peeling paint of the coffe table. But... I would come back here just for the buffet brealfast. Not sure what the heck is going on in the kitchen but my three breakfasts were outstanding. Were those pork sausages? and jesus the Bacon. My God!

First the Bed was super uncomfortable, pulling up to reception area was a pain as it’s super tight once you have 3 or more cars there, you have to have valet direct you out. Rooms are nice, hotel location is in a great area close to amenities.

In the middle of the night, the wall with the fire sprinkler began to have a low but very noticeable fast rattling all through when we checked out. Our family travelled far to stay one night and we did not get any rest unfortunately. We were so tired, and told the morning staff at reception. Unfortunately it didn’t benefit us for the only night we stayed
