I have been coming to this hotel for several years and slowly things seem to be long downhill. On this visit I noticed several amenities no longer being offered, no slippers in the room, no extra pillows or blankets. At the breakfast, no pastries or muffins, and when the coffee ran out it was not replaced. These issues could be overlooked, but not only do the Hotel’s prices continue to climb, but they changed the per night deposit to $100 a night, which I thought was steep for a basically 3 star hotel. When I questioned this I was met with rudeness and hostility by the front desk staff. I usually like to stay at this hotel due to it’s convenient location, I think I will reconsider on my next trip to Santa Rosa.

Nice place- quiet, well decorated, and clean. Standard king bedroom was small- bed and desk only, so we had to put our bags on the desk. Breakfast was lackluster- tea, coffee, packaged bagels and English muffins, yogurt, and 2 types of cold cereal. They have valet parking but you can also park on the street for free from (I think it's) 6pm to 9am or pay for 3 hr meters during the day. The only frustrating part about that is that the majority of shops and the mall don't open until 10 or 11 so you can't immediately do something nearby when you move the car.
