Staff was excellent from front desk check-in to the shuttle drivers. Very accomodating. In fact this place has a lot of excellent touches (the elevators were always somehow at my floor when I pressed the button!). The food is very good and the wait staff is cheery and kind. All in all this was a top-notch experience!
