The room was good. My complaint is that twice when I went to the front desk there was no one there. The first time I got locked out of my room and had to get a new key. Luckily I found a bathroom in the lobby. The second time I was going to check out. There were three people in front of me waiting to check out. Eventually one of the customers knocked on the manager’s door and a few minutes later someone came out. He said that they were in a staff meeting!!! As each person checked out he asked everyone how their stay was. Nobody was very happy. How is a staff meeting so important that customers are kept waiting?

I told them I had a emergency and needed to check out one day early. They told me they would make a note of it and then refused to refund my one night I didn’t stay This after a delayed flight Christmas eve and them telling me they were sold out after I booked 2 months prior. Very unprofessional and not accommodating to an emergency that was out of my control.... Merry Christmas and I will never stay at this place again

Apparently they don’t accept locals at their hotel. The front desk lady just walked away with out ID didn’t say a word about why.
