Don't expect help from the manager.

Check in was a nightmare! We arrived early, but we were not able to check in, which was understandable. The manager said that he was putting a note on our reservation for housekeeping. 5 hours later, near check-in time and we still couldn't get into a room. We settled for a different room, because I was exhausted from keeping my dog occupied all day.

Almost perfect just couldn’t deliver on Breakfast

Almost perfect just couldn’t muster enough variety and quantity of complimentary breakfast. Never refilled the scrambled eggs , no juice in sight just milk and water . Biscuits out out too late.No employee on sight for assistance . Everything was wonderful, location, parking ease, gas station 24 hr McDonald’s and Taco Bell really nearby. Walk-in shower and they didn’t have the Amazon prime app so I co up couldn’t watch TNF Thursday night football or prime shows/movies. All Hamptons don’t carry Amazon app other tvs bummer but they do have NETFLIX and DISNEY + . 5 minutes to Charles Schulz PEANUTS museum and fairly close to SAFARI WEST which we both visited. It was a blast . 4 story hotel , had a tiny bar and late night snack area. Room 411 had fridge and microwave that came in handy. Still would recommend for cleanliness price and location safe.
