In a gated, tucked away, private community you can have serenity from the hustle and bustle. Our home features access to the seasonally heated and chilled community pool and a new 6-passenger street legal golf cart for your trips to the beach, shopping and amazing local seafood dinners.

This luxurious new home offers an open floor plan which allows the gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room to flow seamlessly together. Enjoy the special touches throughout this showroom quality home such as the breathtaking kitchen designed with Carrara Grigio quartz countertops, a kitchen island with outlet access, upgraded Kitchen-Aid stainless appliances and steel pendant lighting. A contemporary coastal decor adorns this beautiful home from top to bottom. We source decor from Retail Therapy, a unique locally owned, multi-vendor artisan store on Florida's Emerald Coast featuring local art and design work.

Rest soundly in the second floor master suite featuring a king bed, daybed with trundle and private balcony. The en suite master bathroom has an oversized deep soaking tub, elegant tile shower and double sink vanity with quartz countertops and custom built walk-in closet. Across the landing you will find the queen guest bedroom and shared guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination with tile surrounding and specialty glass shower doors. The bunk bedroom is on the other side of the bathroom and has a classic nautical decor with full over full bunkbed and trundle. The second floor also has a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The main floor en suite king guest bedroom is a perfect place for your family and friends. This spacious room has a large walk in closet and private bathroom with luxury quartz and glass surround shower. All of the bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart tvs.

At "A Wave From It All" the front of the home has a veranda with additional seating and a uniquely beautiful "always on" gas run lantern. On the side of the home under the covered parking area you will find the 6 seat golf cart with custom weatherproof golf cart cover. The gas grill and outdoor seating area is located in the back of the home. There is even an outdoor shower area to rinse off after your amazing day at the beach.

Nice quiet neighborhood near the beach. We loved the house and the amenities. The whole 30A is a planned community with very specific rules and that what we love about it. It keeps the area beautiful and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean. The layout worked great for us and our two kids and then grandparent downstairs. The golf cart was very fancy and worked great! We’ve stayed in multiple listings around the area and this was the first time we didn’t have any issues with anything. We thoroughly appreciated the access to the beach equipment. This was the first time we didn’t have to pack as much. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Making Memories with Family 2025

We so enjoyed our time! It was the first opportunity in about eight years that all of our family members were able to get together and enjoy just relaxing and being with each other. Great stay!

Lovely neighborhood! House was also very nice and true to listing. Blue Mountain Beach is a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by golf cart. There is an ice cream parlor also very close that serves coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again with our family of 6!

Overall, pretty fantastic!

We had a really good stay at this property. It was very spacious and had room for everyone. The kitchen came with everything we needed to prepare meals. We had some issues with the golf cart but the property manager went above and beyond to assist in getting it taken care of. You can't beat the location, as the beach is accessible with the golf cart, plenty of amazing restaurants around, and the neighborhood is quaint with lots of friendly faces. The first day the pool was freezing, but a quick call to property management and the chillers were turned off. We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem

This is a great little property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It Is well equipped, call great floor plan and in good condition. Golf cart Was fun and enable us to move around and go to the beach with ease. We will be back!

Great Area and House

This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! We arrived to a clean house, with easy check-in and entry…the bottle of champagne waiting on us was a nice touch for our Valentine getaway! The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, and more. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Santa Rosa!

Beautiful and spacious

My best friends from high school and I took a 5 day beach trip and stayed in this house. It was decorated so beautifully, and it was spacious enough where we each had our own bedroom/bathroom with TVs in each room. The golf cart was so useful getting back and forth to the beach and restaurants. We would love to book this house again in the future.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable. Loved the addition of golf cart. This made it easy to get around ; and fun! Neighborhood pool is nice. The location is nice away some from hustle and bustle. Liked that some beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Nice touch. Appreciated. Everything was provided- probably , perhaps an overlook- but be nice to have one dishwasher pod for last ,( or first dishes.) This does not take away from my 5 stars.! I may have overlooked, but suggestion to bring beach towels on info on check in! Wonderful house, beautifully decorated, great beds- everything top notch! Thanks for everything!
