This open-air furnished front porch features three rockers and is the perfect relaxation space to enjoy some morning coffee or a nightcap, paired with charcuterie and conversation with friends.

Step inside the home and into an inviting, open first level, offering a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a convenient half bathroom on the first floor. The generous living room down has ample space for all, is surrounded by plenty of natural light and windows with access to the front porch. The adjacent full kitchen has a center island with seating for three more, an electric four-burner stove, both a Keurig and a coffee pot, as well as everything you need for cooking family meals at home. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six with a door to the front porch. The rear door leads to a small rear wooden deck with a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. This level is cohesive and communal, making it perfect for kicking back and spending quality time together for a game night in or a home-cooked meal!

This residence offers plenty of space for all, featuring the open common living areas down and the three bedrooms up with another screened porch off the bedrooms. The first bedroom up is the generous-sized queen primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and porch access. The shared screened porch off the bedrooms has bench lounge seating for four and is a perfect evening escape. The queen primary private bathroom has dual vanities and a tub & shower combo. The middle bedroom features two twins, porch access, and access to the full shared bathroom with the third queen bedroom. The shared full bath has dual vanities and another tub & shower combination. The third bedroom up is another spacious queen bedroom with plenty of storage and porch access.
