Welcome to Sea You Soon 30A, our family's personal vacation home in the beautiful NatureWalk at Seagrove community. Unlike many rental properties, this home was designed for our own family vacations and is thoughtfully furnished with comfort, convenience, and relaxation in mind.

Perfect for families and groups, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and includes a complimentary 6-passenger street-legal golf cart, making trips to the beach, pools, and nearby 30A communities easy and fun.

The Home
The main level features an open-concept living space with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs, a second living area provides the perfect space for kids, teens, or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax, watch TV, or work remotely.

The primary suite upstairs offers a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and electric fireplace. A second king suite on the main floor provides excellent privacy and convenience for multi-generational families. Two additional guest rooms include another king bedroom and a custom bunk room featuring full-over-queen bunk beds.

Outdoor Living
One of our favorite features of the home is the outdoor living space. The upstairs screened porch includes comfortable seating and a large porch swing—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or family game nights. The downstairs screened porch feels like an extension of the living area, featuring outdoor dining space where you can enjoy meals after a day at the beach.

NatureWalk at Seagrove is a beautiful 155-acre community surrounded by the natural beauty of Point Washington State Forest and conveniently located along Scenic Highway 30A.

This home is equipped with exterior cameras for protection of our property and guests. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

We had a great stay at Sea You Soon! The house was extremely clean and had everything you could need. We have been to 30A a few times but this was our best stay yet. The location of NatureWalk is perfect for biking and using the golf cart daily to get to the beach. We loved the pools and the playground. Perfect Beach Getaway – Truly 5 Stars!

We had the most incredible week at Sea You Soon beach house! Kerri communicated with us promptly and answered all of our questions before our stay. When we arrived the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could want. The golf cart made getting around so easy, and we loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon ready to go—it truly made beach days less expensive and a breeze. The location was perfect because it was just outside the business of seaside. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

Another fantastic Stay!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying in this house over spring break (2 families) and we love it! The house is in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed playing pickleball in the neighborhood, as well as riding our golf cart and going swimming at the pool. Kerri is fantastic to work with. Whenever I had questions, she responded immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again, or any other house that Kerri is managing.

We loved our time at Sea You Soon! The beds were all super comfortable, plenty of space for the kids to play. It is a distance (about 1.5 miles) to the closest public beach access where you can park a car or golf cart, but otherwise a great experience. The owner, Kerri, was very quick to reply when we reached out about various things. 10/10 recommend this house as a place to stay if wanting to visit the Sea Grove/30a area

Had a great time here. Plenty of room. Kitchen stocked nicely. Lots of room in family area. Tv’s in all bedrooms great screened in porch. Golf cart and bikes were great. Close enough to beach. Fantastic Stay!

We had two families (9 people) spend a week at the house and it was fantastic! We loved how close to the pickleball courts and swimming pool the house was. It suited our needs perfectly. The golf cart worked extremely well and could last a very long time before needing to be recharged each night. I would not hesitate to stay in the same house again. The owner did a great job of checking in with us and responding to any questions we had immediately.
