Located between Seagrove Beach and Seacrest. Minutes to Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. Equal distance and easy bike ride to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Bike on 30A with 20 miles of bike trail.

Free high speed internet wifi and 3 Smart TVs with Roku that has Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Comes with cruiser bikes, bike lock, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys in the garage. Good for couples, family and business travelers.

We provide a premium starter kit which includes essentials such as bath towels, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, dish tabs, sponge, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please ensure that you bring beach towels and extra essentials as needed for your stay.

Beach Access:
1. Deer Lake State Park (6350 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (1 mile west of Prominence) with parking lot, restroom, and shower. Need to pay $3 for parking and alcohol is not allowed as it's a state park. Longer walk from parking lot (5 mins) to the beach but a beautiful scenic walk on the long boardwalk with beautiful white sand dunes and less crowded than other public beaches. Easy bike ride (5 mins) or walk (25 mins) to the beach.

2. Gulf Lakes (8040 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (1 mile east of Prominence) with bike parking and shower. No restroom and no parking lot but easy bike ride (5 mins) or walk (20 mins) to the beach.

3. Walton Dunes ((320 Beachfront Trail) is a public beach access with no stairs or ramp and can walk right up to beach (2.5 miles east of Prominence). No restroom. Parking for cars and golf carts.

4. Santa Clara Regional (3468 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (about 3.5 miles west of Prominence) with a lifeguard, parking lot, and restroom as well as ADA access to the beach.

Such a lovely place to stay! It was like being in a neighborhood with lovely neighbors, lots of kids, heated pool, biking and walking trail and the Big Chill across 30A! 1/2 mile to beach access, convenient to shopping and restaurants! Spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated! Loved it! Will definitely try to stay here again!

Great for a short family stay. Not near the beach but the nice public park beach is less than 2 miles away which was a new experience for us after visiting the area for years.

Based on the condition of the home, I did not stay. Owner offered to send cleaning crew, but after traveling and then working all day, it was late, I just wanted to get settled in a clean atmosphere for my 9 day stay for an important work trip. I just didn’t feel comfortable in the home. Luckily, after sharing photos and my experience with VRBO they refunded a good portion of my deposit.

Perfect Family Getaway in the Heart of 30A!

We’ve stayed at several spots along 30A, but Prominence remains our absolute favorite. The location is ideal, right in the center of 30A and directly across from The Hub, which offers a great selection of shops, eateries, and daily family-friendly activities. This rental was a perfect fit for our family for five (kids ages 12, 9, 4). It was very clean, check-in and check-out were seamless, and unlike many other rentals, there wasn’t a mile-long list of chores at check-out. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like a starter set of essentials, beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, and sand toys. It’s an easy walk to both the pool and The Hub. The pool was never overly crowded and could always get chairs throughout the day. I highly recommend renting a golf car from 30A Gulf Carts. Adam was fantastic to work with a made getting around a breeze. Beach access is just a short bike, golf cart, or car ride away. We actually preferred this quieter spot and beach access compared to the overly crowded Seacrest beach access. Thank you, Carolyn for sharing your home with us! We would absolutely stay here again!

We stay in this neighborhood every year and always have a great experience. This was our first time staying in this house. The only complaint I can name is that there was a few places (behind the bed, under the bed, in between bed frame) that were seemingly unclean upon our arrival (unswept- toys and left over crumbs, sand). All else with the property was overall good! The property owner was prompt with responses and assured me she would address the cleaning mishap. Great neighborhood and pool for family and young children!

Home was beautiful and very clean. The bunks with the trundle bed fit our family of 5 perfectly. We loved that the neighborhood was centrally located to Rosemary Beach/Inlet Beach as well as to Seaside/Grayton. This was our first time in 30a and we will definitely be coming back.

Very Nice Family Vacation

Great spring break location

Fantastic Beach Stay

Great property and location! We rented a golf cart from 30A Golf Carts and I would highly recommend. We had two kids under 8 so it was convenient to put everything on the cart and ride down to the beach. We also enjoyed riding the cart down to seaside, as well. We appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and bikes! I would only suggest bringing your own beach towel and spices, if you choose to cook at all. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again!

Wonderful Time

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The condo itself was very clean, well decorated and well stocked with the kitchen items we needed. The pool area was so much fun and The Chill across the street was a fun place to shop and hang out. Getting to the beach was a quick bike ride down the road which was enjoyable in itself. The proximity to great shopping and historic seaside was also a bonus. We had a minor issue with a flat tire upon arrival and the property owner and property manager fixed the issue so quickly the only reason I’m mentioning it is because of how quickly they responded. A+ all the way.

Excellent property - great location, great condition. Walk across the street to The Chill Spot and beaches are an easy, quick drive. Beach umbrellas, chairs and toys provided. Only suggestion would be to bring your own beach towels. Highly recommend.

We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The townhouse was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to move around. Each tv had plenty of options (Netflix, Disney, etc). The area was very family friendly. Pool was great. It was a very short walk to the pool. Beach was close by. We drove to the public beach. It was our first trip to the panhandle and we can’t wait to return!
