DETAILS: Vacation in the heart of Seagrove Beach at 128 Montigo Ave. This adorable 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has a private pool, is within walking distance to the beach, and sleeps 10.

Stepping inside the home, guests will discover beautiful wide-plank hardwood floors and a relaxing interior with touches of pale blue and nods to the beach. An open living room with 2 sofas leads to a dining area and kitchen overlooking an outdoor deck and views of the private pool. A hallway from the living room leads to a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower. An additional bedroom features a king bed and a shared bathroom with a shower only. A primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Double-glass doors open from the bedroom onto the back deck and pool. On the deck, a stainless-steel gas grill, outdoor table, and cushioned chairs are the perfect spot to relax in the shade while the grill master cooks dinner. On the far end of the pool is a cornhole court. Talk about a great way to end the day! Splash in the pool, feast on grilled seafood, and then toast the sunset with a sandbag in hand.

Perfect balance between beach and convenience

Great place, centrally located to beach for walking or carting. Pool provided excellent reprieve from crowds and hideaway from red flag days. Golf cart availability made the experience that much more enjoyable

Anniversary trip

The inside was clean and we had no complaints, however the patio furniture was a little moldy and the back door was filthy. We bought a magic eraser to clean it & I even took pictures and video. We would recommend a good power washing out back and maybe a little upgrade of the fence and some more plants out back. The pool was great when it wasn’t raining. I think the amount of rain caused the sump pump to run a lot and it’s noisy in the back bedroom when it does. Overall, we liked the location and the privacy of the pool area and would still recommend it.
