Park next to the building and walk right into Unit #101; no stairs or elevator needed. This unit is perfect for family vacations. It sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 bedrooms and built in bunks. It is spacious with room to spread out with double french doors that open to green space for children to play just beyond the covered wrap around patio. You can head straight to the beach with 3 PRIVATE beach accesses directly across the street or are steps from the HEATED pool and spa. Additionally you would have access to all Gulf Place amenities; including 2 additional pools, tennis, shuffleboard, walking trails, green spaces to play / picnic/ or enjoy local events and concerts. Want to cook at home? An updated kitchen is nicely appointed and grills are available just steps off the patio. Rather go out? Shops and Restaurants are only steps away and no need to drive once you arrive. This unit has been freshly upgraded with stainless appliances, new carpet and paint!

This is our second year staying in this condo and it always meets our expectations! We love it! Everything from the kitchen, bathroom, and beach accessories is available to use to make your stay even more easy! There is great communication with the host. The private entrance to the beach is literally minutes away.

This place felt so much like home. Devlin was an amazing host. Beds are extremely comfy! I always worry because i have back issues! Great location plenty of restaurants and shops no need to drive! Beach is a short walk and doesn’t disappoint! Can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved the condo! They had beach chairs and umbrellas there for us to use and that was a huge help! We have stayed at Gulf Caribbean for four years and this was my favorite condo by far! The rooms were decorated adorable and it was clean! We will definitely be back!

Great condo in perfect location

We come to Santa Rosa Beach every spring break. We chose this condo due to its location being steps to the beach, restaurants and heated pools. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, and everything we needed was supplied! The condo is located on the bottom floor which makes it easy for coming and going. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the owner was just a text away, ready to help. It is a beautiful clean condo, with great owners, and in the perfect location. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to the beach, enjoyed the tennis courts, and the pool. Devlin was very responsive when I had questions. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of four and the kitchen had all needed tools for cooking in. We would definitely rent again!

The property had a great location. Loved the main floor. Although there was minimal upstairs noise, it was not an issue (and I am sensitive to noise). Being right next to the pool and beach access made carrying things back and forth so simple. Unit had everything we needed from kitchen gear to beach gear.

Great stay for family reunion week!

We really enjoyed our stay this week! The condo was great and clean. First floor with easy access to pool and beach. Space is designed so that you can come together in the living area and kitchen or have enough privacy to relax in a bedroom or on a bunk bed. Owners were very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely consider renting condo again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

LOVED THIS CONDO!!!

We loved this condo... everything our family needed and more. We had lots of rain but didn't even bother us we felt so at home. The condo was beautiful, there was great food and fun right in the complex and we were just steps away from the pool and the beautiful beach ! Can't wait to go back as soon as possible.
