This queen has custom, built-in storage, a bay window, a private TV, and an ensuite bath. The private bath features a single vanity with a tub/shower combination.

Venture to the second floor to discover the combined open floor living space plus a bonus sleeping loft. This living room area and bonus loft accommodate four more. (sleeping loft accessible via a ship's ladder) The living room has high ceilings and an open layout with a large flat-screen TV. Designed for both comfort and functionality, this space features a sleeper sofa in the living area, as well as the bonus loft up a ship's ladder with a full bed and a flatscreen TV. The living area has a full bath with a single vanity and a large shower to the right of the kitchen. The kitchen has been updated with all stainless-steel appliances and marble countertops, perfect for family meals. There is an open-air balcony off the kitchen with an outdoor bistro area for two, perfect for your morning coffee.

A final space awaits, the second bedroom up an exterior set of stairs off the front porch to a stylish studio room designed for simplicity and comfort, featuring private entry and a queen bed that promises restful nights, and an ensuite, full bathroom with a single vanity and shower, ensuring convenience and serenity.
