We recently stayed at this condo and unfortunately our experience fell far short of expectations—especially given the premium price we paid.While the overall complex is very nice, this specific unit was not. The condition and comfort level felt closer to a budget motel than a premium rental.The condo was advertised as having a usable sofa bed, but it was broken and could not be used. The mattress was extremely thin, and the couch itself was visibly stained and felt unclean—so much so that the teenage boys in our group refused to sleep on it. and instead had to sleep on the floor.To make matters worse, the blankets provided were extremely thin and and scratchy—more comparable to hospital-style blankets than appropriate bedding. The hallway bathroom tub would not drain properly, making it difficult to use.Cleanliness was a major concern—we found a roach in the master bathroom on the first night.Basic amenities were completely lacking. There were no simple essentials provided—no dish sponge, no complimentary soap—nothing you would typically expect even in a minimally stocked rental.Communication with the host was initially responsive, but once we raised these concerns and requested to be moved, there was no response for over a full day, leaving us without support or resolution.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Paying a premium price for what amounted to a below–economy level stay is unacceptable, and we would not return or recommend this unit.

I met my 18 year old and two of his friends at the condo. I would say the place is a family oriented location. No obvious partying here. Very quite. The only issue I had was we were down to one elevator for half of the trip.
