Steps from the community pool and a short stroll to the sugar-white sands and Gulf Place shops, restaurants, and live entertainment. Sleeps up to 11 with king, queen, and bunk beds. Enjoy a full kitchen, open living area, wraparound porches, fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, 4 adult bikes, and beach gear. Pet-friendly (2 max, $250 fee). Ideal for families or groups looking to explore 30A, bike the Timpoochee Trail, or enjoy nearby state parks. Book now for your perfect coastal getaway!
Appearance: Bikes and bike trailers must be property stored in racks or otherwise secured on the property not in sight overnight. We prefer you leave them in the back of the home when not in use. Porches should be clear of clutter and should not be used to store toys or beach supplies, according to Summer’s Edge HOA standards.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property at all times, without exception.
Noise: Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 8 am per Summer’s Edge Neighborhood Rules.
Parking: Only Two Cars can park in the driveway. All Street parking is strictly prohibited and will be fined by the neighborhood. There is overflow parking throughout the neighborhood.
Trash: Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place bins by the driveway on Monday and Thursday mornings for pickup. Please roll trash bins back to the side of the house post pickup.
